Audience with the Guardian

It's been a while since I had a chance to play. The scheduled run to BoneSnapper got re-targeted because of the good turn-out. Maybe we should have stuck with the seafood plans...
Check the raid window for the names of the folk who kept us in the zone so we could try this a couple times!!! It was an amazing bit of group effort.

I got a chance to get this panoramic view of the inside of the instance while I was knee deep in dragon snot and dead guildies. .Sorry I died in a bad spot to catch a good screenshot of the dragon. I guess we have to go back for another

A new BOW!

Yea! Another fabled drop in LoLV. I like the STR and health bonuses. The 10% bonus on dragonic targets is pretty useful in those cases where the beasties are moving around and I want to avoid the AoEs. After flinging a couple arrows, the bow shows a flame effect. Thats a nice contrast to the frost effect on my axe.

Although I already have a fabled neck piece, I dont have many accessories that have magic/mental/divine stats.





As you can see, I've already augmented these with the +100 health.






I'm going to be paying for these trinkets for a while, but I'm finally getting a chance to add some fabled gear to my inventory.

It's too bad that there aren't any bonuses left in raiding Labs. I could use a couple 20 point nights now.

A bit of castle deja vu

Another x2 Sod Raid day. The first run into the 'new' castle Mistmoore. I snapped a couple shots with my new favorite axe while we were forming up. We got 3 named before we got stuck trying to get up the stairs to the fourth.


This is one of the castle residents we decided to bypass. This instance is full of places where nasty things seem to be around every corner.

New Pants!

The third piece in 2 weeks. Labs are almost auto-magic now. Most of the guild mains are pretty well outfitted, so there is a much better chance for me to qualify for loot.

As you can see, I've augmented these to add the +14 STR.

A great belt

I saw this on Tornack the other night and made a note that I need to get myself one of THOSE! Then I started noticing them on a BUNCH of other toons. Now I know where it came from.

Woot! lived to see a place to pose for the victory pose...

A Fabled Chestplate!

I can't think of a better way to break in the new SoD dkp system than to spend 40 on a good piece of armor. This one is looking to be the chestplate of choice for LoLV raids, given the strength, health, and heat bonuses.

As Christmas approaches I have so little time to play. I caught a schedule break and had some time to get back to EQ2 for some writ work and a guild raid. This was a x2 target, so it wasn't really hard. I liked the instance, but went LD between encounters. I snapped this when I got back, not expecting the chat bubble. Sometimes it just works... It certainly was nice to get back.

I'm starting to like the "frost" glow on my new axe.
